50 Cent to Judge: Relax, The Money Is Fake

50 Cent to Judge: Relax, The Money Is Fake

Saturday, 12 March 2016

Last year 50 Cent filed for bankruptcy protection because he claims he’s broke. Contrary to what he’s saying, his Instagram photos say otherwise. The judge has been lurking on 50’s Instagram and want him to explain the large piles of money he took pictures with. The judge wants 50 to prove that he is, in fact, as broke as he claims to be.

50 even went as far as to post a pic of him sitting next to a large sum of money that spelled out the word “Broke.”

In case you forgot, 50 Cent aka Curtis Jackson, filed for bankruptcy right after he lost his lawsuit to Lathonia Leviston, whom he owes $7 million to, by the way. Lathonia is the baby mother of Rick Ross who accused 50 Cent of leaking a sex tape of her onto the internet.

Back in February, Jackson appeared in court and the judge said that she was “concerned about allegations of nondisclosure and a lack of transparency” in regards to the photos.
50, on the other hand, claims that the money in the Instagram photos was just “prop money.”

The Queens rapper took to Instagram to vent by saying: “Just because I am photographed in or next to a certain vehicle, wearing an article of clothing, holding a product, sitting next to what appears to be large sums of money or modeling expensive pieces of jewelry does not mean that I own everything in those photo.”

So are you wondering like we are how in the heck did the judge get wind of 50’s Instagram account?
NewYorkTimes.com is reporting that the posts were “brought to the court’s attention by Mr. Jackson’s creditors, who said in a court document that the pictures were, “at a minimum, openly contemptuous” of the bankruptcy process. The case represents a clash between the opulent lifestyle that many hip-hop artists promote in their music, videos and public personas, and the staid reality of Chapter 11 court proceedings.”

Apparently, an agreement has been made between Jackson’s lawyers and the court but haven’t been disclosed.

Right after his hearing, 50 left a message on his Facebook page stating: “I have millions of dollar in my company’s, the court knows this. I was accused of committing fraud with nothing but a IG photo. I can careless what these people think of me but it’s not right. Now someone from secret service is asking if prop money was counter fitted. How the fuck would I know that shit head? Smh ‪#‎EFFENVODKA‬ ‪#‎FRIGO‬ ‪#‎thisimageiscourtapproved‬”

Here’s what we do know: 50 looks the least bit worried about any court case because he posted another picture of stacks of cash tucked into his pants.
